For us, this isn’t a patch on a map or a postcode we decided to target. This is where everything started. Juan & Heidi raised their four children here, moving through seven different homes across Frankston, experiencing almost every corner of #3199 along the way. It’s where our family grew, where we learned, and where we built the foundations for everything we do today
All of us went through the local system-Heidi & Juan ventured through goold old Karingal High and raised their kids through Kingsley Park Primary, John Paul College, Frankston High. Weekdays were school, weekends were sport, and most of life was spent somewhere between the YCW footy ground, the Frankston basketball stadium, at a family or friends or down at the beach.
Juan coached multiple premierships at Frankston YCW. Today, we’re proud to still be part of that community, sponsoring both Frankston YCW and the Frankston Dolphins. Those aren’t just partnerships to us — they’re places that shaped who we are.
When we talk about Frankston, we don’t just talk about property.
We talk about memories.
It’s Juan as a young man, sitting the front of what used to be Celsius — now Nature Café talking with his dad about life, while his dad would smoke cigarettes and handing out spare change or a smoke to someone doing it tough, just out of the goodness of his heart.
It’s Josh at 13 years old, cleaning toilets for his first job, then years later slamming his first dunk at the Frankston Basketball Stadium and kicking his first goal at YCW.
It’s growing up in a place that wasn’t perfect but was always real.
And that’s what makes it special.
Over time, we’ve seen the area change.
We’ve seen the growth, the new venues, the infrastructure, the shift in how people see Frankston and Frankston South. What was once overlooked is now being recognised. What people used to question, they’re now starting to understand.
But through all of that, one thing hasn’t changed for us.
You can't have the good without the bad!
Because when you grow up somewhere, you don’t just understand the streets, you understand the people.
You know which pockets feel different. You know which streets buyers are drawn to, and which ones they overlook. You know how lifestyle, schooling, access and community all tie together in a way that doesn’t show up on a data sheet.
That’s the difference.
There are areas in Frankston South that consistently perform, and it’s not by accident.
Streets like Fleetwood Crescent, where you’re close to the beach and the Norman Avenue precinct, always draw strong demand. Buyers love the accessibility and the lifestyle, and when homes come up here, they’re competitive.
Then you’ve got streets like Violet Street and Cliff Road, where walkability into the CBD and down to the beach creates a completely different level of appeal. These are tightly held pockets, home to some of the best properties in the area.
At the same time, there are opportunities that many people overlook.
Areas like Thanee Lodge and the Lorikeet Ridge Estate sit on the other side of the highway, outside the Frankston High School zone. What they offer is newer homes, more privacy, and a quieter environment, often at a more accessible price point for families. For buyers who don’t need the zone, it’s where real value can be found.
We believe in this area.
Not because of the numbers. Not because of the growth. But because of what it’s always been to us.
Family.
It’s where we were raised. It’s where we’ve built our lives. And it’s where we’ve chosen to build our business — not to chase deals, but to work with people who are making the same decisions we’ve seen our own family make.
We could go on forever about what Frankston means to us.
But what matters most is this:
We care about how it’s represented, how it’s sold, and how other families experience it.
If you’re thinking about making a move, the first step isn’t just understanding the market.
It’s understanding where your home sits within it — and how to position it the right way.
That’s where we come in.
The reason for an appraisal is to understand your market position or get an idea to sell.
