JOSH MERCHAN

Born and raised in Frankston, I’ve lived and breathed this community my whole life from Kingsley Park Primary to John Paul College, and playing junior footy at Frankston YCW. Having called 12 homes across the area “home,” I know the local market inside out.

As a 3rd-generation agent, I’ve been in the property industry for 11 years; 6 years in residential real estate and 5 years in commercial real estate. Starting young, from cleaning my dad’s offices at 13 to shooting million-dollar homes at 16. I specialise in helping sellers achieve top price, smooth processes, and clear communication every step of the way.
