I’m a charming little package looking for someone to love me. A treasure-trove nestled at the end of a no-through road; I am a quiet, pretty weatherboard cottage, with a matching picket fence and ample opportunities. I can see Monash University from my decked front porch therefore I could become a perfect haven for students. Or perhaps my location will spark an investor’s interest – handy to Frankston’s CBD, the Homemaker Centre, freeways, Frankston Hospital and public transport. I have three spacious bedrooms (one with a built in robe) plus a study or fourth bedroom, while my open living area and roomy kitchen is inviting and perfect for family fun or entertaining. French doors overlook my large backyard, a fig tree, a garage and a shed and a cute lockable granny flat.
