We had two record-breaking sales in Frankston South for the month of June with 17 Balmoral Crt, Frankston South setting a per m2 record for the Tahnee Lodge Estate & 29 Wineview Lane, Frankston South achieving the highest sale price in the Lorikeet Ridge estate.

Properties sell better in isolation, no matter the weather. As expected far fewer homes are on the market through winter and when the RBA pause interest rates, we see an increase in buyer activity.
